1. Agreement

By accessing cloudoptics.digital or enquiring about a Cloud Optics workshop, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an enquiry.

2. Who we are

3. Informational website

This website describes workshops and accepts enquiries. It does not process payments, provide brokerage, investment advice, or guaranteed trading results. Pricing shown is informational only.

4. Workshop enrolment

Submitting a form is an enquiry, not a binding booking. A place is confirmed only when we reply in writing with enrolment details and you complete any requested steps. We may decline an enquiry if a cohort is full or unsuitable for your stated experience level.

5. Educational nature

All training is educational. Markets involve risk of loss. Past chart examples used in class do not predict future results. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions.

6. Intellectual property

Workshop materials, worksheets, and site content belong to Cloud Optics or its licensors. You may use materials for personal study. You may not resell, republish, or teach from our materials commercially without written consent.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit abusive content, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Cloud Optics is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from trading decisions you make after attending a workshop. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot waive under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Courts of South Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
