About Cloud Optics
Cloud Optics runs candlestick analysis workshops from Alawoona, South Australia — quiet rooms, small cohorts, and chart work that respects how price actually prints.
Cloud Optics started as a weekend chart lab for traders who were tired of memorising pattern names without context. We teach candlestick analysis as a reading discipline: structure first, confirmation second, and no promises about market outcomes.
Sessions are held at our Alawoona address and occasionally as live remote cohorts for traders across Australia. Every workshop includes printed worksheets, annotated examples from liquid markets, and time for questions after each drill block.
Who leads the room
Elias Ward
Lead instructor. Fifteen years reading price action across ASX equities and major FX pairs. Designs the candle curriculum and runs live chart walk-throughs.
Nila Crowe
Coaching lead. Focuses on journaling habits, multi-candle structure drills, and one-to-one review sessions after the Foundations Intensive.
How we teach
- Small groups — typically six to ten seats — so every chart question gets airtime.
- No payment processing on this site; seats are confirmed by email or phone after enquiry.
- Materials stay with you: checklists, pattern context maps, and homework charts.
