Analytics notebook and charts for journaling

A journal that only lists wins becomes fiction. In Evening Chart Clinic we ask for four fields per reviewed candle:

  1. Screenshot with levels already drawn
  2. Location sentence (one line)
  3. Decision taken or deferred
  4. Emotional note in five words or fewer

The emotional note is not therapy; it is a flag. Phrases like “needed a win” or “chased the close” tell you when process slipped. We do not grade P&L in the clinic — we grade whether the checklist was followed.

If you are joining a remote clinic, send two journal entries with your chart pack. We will spend more time on process than on naming the candle again. Naming is easy. Surviving your own urgency is the craft.
